We are a Part 61 Flight School

Our all-weather, all -terrain, flying environment contributes to a well rounded education. The airspace is non-congested and provides a wonderful learning atmosphere, while more complex airspace is only a short flight away.

Flight Training Devices

Redbired TD2 BATD

The Redbird TD2 is a useful tool in the first lessons of instrument training as a cost effective way to develop the foundations of instrument flying. It is also often used by pilots to maintain IFR currency.

Rental Rate: $45/hr

Redbird FMX AATD

The Redbird FMX is a full motion advanced aviation training device. It has a wide range of uses including IFR training, IFR currency, and can also be used by private pilot students. The FMX can be configured as several different aircraft: Cirrus, Tecnam, PA34, CE182, and CE172.

Redbird Xwind

The Xwind aids in helping students learn to safely handle wind with a variety of different speeds and gusts that can be programmed. It is used by both students and pilots to build confidence and proficiency.
